Guided Search Partners is assisting a multi-billion dollar, family-owned manufacturing company in Indiana to find an advanced leader who can manage all warehouse operations with high-volume, high-speed processes and extensive automation.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on leadership, strong experience with AGV/LGV systems and Warehouse Management Systems, and a proven ability to drive improvements in distribution and logistics to ensure on-time shipping.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-volume warehouse operations (100+ loads per day).
• Hands-on leadership style with ability to drive improvements.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and automation (AGV/LGV).

Responsabilités

• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce delays.

Our client is a multi billion dollar family owned manufacturing company. They have an industry leading culture, reputation, customer service and almost never ship late.

We are looking for an advanced leader who can manage all warehouse operations. This is a high volume, high speed operations with extensive utilization of automation. It is also a well run operation and requires an experienced leader to find improvement.

Qualifications

• Warehouse Management - distribution, manufacturing or 3PL
• Experienced managing 100+ load per day
• Experienced with AGV or LGV systems
• In depth utilization and involvement with Warehouse Management Systems
• Hands on leadership style
