Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or network distribution.
  • 2 years of direct people leadership experience.
  • Proven track record managing 3PL partner relationships, contracts, SLAs, and QBRs.
  • Demonstrated experience in logistics financial management (OpEx/CapEx, LE inputs, cost-to-serve and ROI modeling).
  • Strong capability in operational analytics & KPIs (labor productivity, capacity utilization, throughput, service metrics).
  • Working knowledge of WMS, ERP systems, and standard MHE.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and influence regional leaders and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Define enterprise warehouse strategy to support network growth, service levels, and cost targets via LE and financial planning processes.
  • Establish scalable design standards across capacity planning, labor models, automation, and operational frameworks.
  • Deliver actionable network analytics (cost-to-serve, productivity, capacity utilization, service reliability) to empower regional leadership.
  • Drive cross-functional cost-optimization programs to deliver sustainable savings, labor productivity gains, and working capital improvements.
  • Lead 3PL network strategy, operating models, performance SLAs, and QBRs to ensure accountability.
  • Partner with enterprise engineering on MHE lifecycle, ROI governance, and next-gen Warehouse of the Future technologies.
  • Provide network-wide governance across owned and 3PL sites, influencing OpEx/CapEx decisions and cross-functional alignment.

The Manager, Warehouse Operations is a network-level leadership role responsible for building and executing our enterprise warehousing strategy. Driving value across owned and 3PL networks, this leader harnesses advanced analytics, strong governance, and innovative practices to ensure highly reliable, scalable, and cost-effective operations.


What are we looking for?

Minimum:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).


  • 6+ yearsof progressive experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or network distribution, including experience in a multi-site or regional/network-level capacity.


  • 2 years of direct people leadership experience, with a demonstrated track record of coaching, developing talent, and leading high-performing teams.


  • Proven track record managing 3PL partner relationships, contracts, SLAs, and leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).


  • Demonstrated experience inlogistics financial management(OpEx/CapEx, Latest Estimates/LE inputs, cost-to-serve analysis, and ROI modeling).


  • Strong capability inoperational analytics & KPIs(labor productivity, capacity utilization, throughput, service metrics).


  • Working knowledge ofWarehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and standard Material Handling Equipment (MHE).


  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and influence regional leaders and executive stakeholders without direct reporting authority.



Preferred:



  • Master’s Degree / MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering


  • Industry certifications (e.g., APICS CSCP/CLTD, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, PMP).


  • Experience withinCPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), FMCG, or food & beverage manufacturingenvironments.


  • Direct experience inWarehouse Automation & "Warehouse of the Future" initiatives(e.g., AS/RS, AGVs/AMRs, automated palletizing, or goods-to-person systems).


  • Hands-on experience developingscalable operating models and facility design standards(footprint expansion, racking/capacity design, labor engineering).


  • Proficiency with advanced BI/data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or network optimization modeling.



What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Drive cross-functional cost-optimization programs to deliver sustainable savings, labor productivity gains, and working capital improvements.


  • Lead 3PL network strategy, operating models, performance SLAs, and executive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure accountability.


  • Partner with enterprise engineering on Material Handling Equipment (MHE) lifecycle, ROI governance, and next-generation "Warehouse of the Future" technologies.


  • Provide network-wide governance across owned and 3PL sites, directly influencing OpEx/CapEx decisions and cross-functional alignment.
