Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations by assigning workloads and optimizing staffing.
• Foster a safe and compliant work environment with safety policies.
• Partner with Production, Plant, Safety, and Quality leadership to improve efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean initiatives and data analysis.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, receiving, and warehouse organization.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and enforce facility policies.
