Qualifications

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, distribution, staffing, or manufacturing.
  • HR and administrative experience including employee relations, documentation, timekeeping, and compliance.
  • Experience with a high-volume staffing agency is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership presence with the confidence to make decisions and hold others accountable.
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day warehouse workforce and operations.
  • Oversee a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week operation.
  • Provide leadership across multiple shifts.
  • Build strong relationships with warehouse leadership and Humano associates.
  • Serve as the primary communication link between the customer, warehouse management, and Humano employees.
  • Promote accountability, professionalism, and a positive team culture.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop associates and frontline leaders.
  • Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and make sound business decisions.
  • Ensure safety, productivity, attendance, and performance expectations are consistently met.
  • Oversee interviewing and orientation of new associates.
  • Manage employee relations, coaching conversations, corrective actions, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
  • Coordinate attendance tracking, timekeeping, payroll approvals, and scheduling.
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Partner with Recruiting and Operations teams to meet staffing needs.
  • Complete reporting, audits, and other administrative tasks accurately and on time.
  • Maintain confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.

Schedule

5 days a week, full time

Must be available to respond to operational issues outside of standard business hours when necessary.

Schedule includes flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Salary

$60,000 – $80,000 annually, based on experience

What You'll Do
Leadership & Operations

What We're Looking For
