Job summary

Becton, Dickinson and Company is seeking a Manager, Warehouse Operations in Anasco, Puerto Rico to oversee a regulated warehouse. You will manage inbound and outbound activities, improve material flow, and ensure safety and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop the team, implement policies, manage the budget, and use KPIs to drive continuous improvement while partnering with Production, Quality, and Planning to meet customer demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• 5–7 years in warehouse/distribution operations management.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Leadership experience with diverse teams.
• Strong knowledge of WMS/SAP and ERP.
• Knowledge of GMP/regulatory requirements.
• Proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a warehouse team, including hiring and performance management.
• Develop and sustain warehouse policies and SOPs in compliance with standards.
• Oversee inbound/outbound operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Optimize layout, material flow, and space utilization.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventories.
• Use KPIs and root cause analysis to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality to align with demand.
• Manage equipment and infrastructure and preventive maintenance.
• Promote safety and conduct audits and training.
• Prepare and manage the warehouse budget.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Investigate issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain documentation in line with GMP and regulations.
