Job summary

Pelican Products, Inc. in Deerfield, MA is seeking a results-driven warehouse leader who will own daily warehouse performance from receiving to outbound shipping.

You will lead a team, optimize material flow, maintain inventory integrity, and ensure safe, efficient operations across domestic and international shipments. The role requires 5–7 years in warehouse or distribution operations, strong ERP/SAP experience, Lean/continuous improvement mindset, and proven coaching skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• 5–7 years in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain ops.
• 3+ years in supply chain performance management and 3PL relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day warehouse operations across receiving, put‑away, inventory movement, picking, packing, fulfillment, and outbound shipping.
• Develop, coach, and lead warehouse employees while establishing clear performance expectations.
• Manage inventory integrity and improve control procedures for accurate material flow.
• Oversee outbound load building and ensure safe, consistent standards.
• Drive Lean/continuous improvements to reduce waste and boost efficiency.
