Job summary

Liquidity Services, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a high-volume operation in Brownsburg, IN. You will oversee 50+ staff, optimize flow, ensure safety, and align with procurement, logistics, and sales to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of direct supervisory experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of warehouse management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing performance in a warehouse or similar operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of 50+ warehouse employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintain efficient warehouse flow while adhering to 5S, safety practices, and established operating standards.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to eliminate waste, reduce errors, improve quality, and shorten cycle time.
• Build a culture of excellence by modeling professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ensure data integrity and inventory accuracy within warehouse management systems.
