Job summary

PROENERGY in Sedalia, MO, seeks a warehouse associate to support engineers and project managers by handling requisitions and reporting real-time order fulfillment status. The role is based at 2001 Proenergy Blvd., Sedalia, MO 65301.

You will assemble orders, receive and store materials, and operate warehouse equipment while maintaining accurate inventory records. This position requires dependability and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED and 6+ months general work experience.
• Basic computer skills including Excel, email, and data entry.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• English reading/writing/speaking fluency.
• US work authorization (no visa sponsorship).
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment.
• Receives, unpacks, inspects and stores incoming materials.
• Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Uses shipping records to verify accuracy of shipments and orders.
• Documents damages and discrepancies for reimbursement and reconciliation.
• Maintains inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Coordinates inventory, warehousing, and transport to optimize stock and costs.
