Responsibilities

• Support the business strategy to drive safety, quality and performance.
• Lead and grow a team of about 20 employees.
• Recruit, onboard and train the right resources.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline to drive performance; monitor results.
• Attend educational workshops and expand professional networks.
• Own process improvement through problem-solving and project management.
• Meet financial standards by budgeting, monitoring expenditures and variances.
• Drive KPI metrics and 4DX and facility scorecards.
