Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SAP or similar system.
• Proficient in warehouse operations and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse inventories and supervise operations supervisors.
• Ensure staff follow policies, safety, and service standards.
• Lead and develop supervisory team for warehouse activities.
• Maintain accurate inventories via cycle counts and full inventories.
• Ensure accuracy of order filling and product quality.
• Coach and counsel supervisors on performance.
• Set productivity expectations and monitor progress.
• Identify opportunities for employee development.
• Ensure safety and coordinate maintenance inspections.
• Investigate complaints related to damaged products, discrepancies, or delays.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
