Qualifications

• Valid state driver's license and ability to obtain auto-liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage warehouse operations and staff with a focus on efficiency.
• Oversee inventory accuracy through weekly cycle counts and quarterly inventories.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and provide coaching to supervisors.
• Maintain order accuracy and timely fulfillment of retail orders.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement and staff development.
