Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in warehouse/logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in GMP-regulated settings.
• Experience supervising teams in manufacturing or food environments.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation logistics, ERP systems, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, and warehouse activities.
• Manage daily labor planning, scheduling, workload distribution, and warehouse priorities.
• Oversee domestic and international shipments, parcel services, and required documentation.
• Resolve shipment, transportation, and inventory issues with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, productivity, service levels, safety, and customer requirements.
• Direct receiving activities for raw materials, packaging, and intercompany transfers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, discrepancy resolution, and corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate ERP transactions, inventory reporting, and material availability.
• Recruit, train, coach, evaluate, and develop warehouse employees.
• Lead safety initiatives and support audits; ensure GMP/OSHA compliance.
