Job summary

Odeko is seeking a hands-on operations leader to manage warehouse floor activities, including picking, packing, routing, and dispatching. You will plan and adjust shifts, keeping priorities aligned amid changing conditions.

You will develop and coach hourly staff, drive SOP adherence, and partner with site leadership to maintain a safe, efficient, and clean warehouse. The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving and cross-team communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations.
• Experience managing hourly teams in fast-paced environments.
• Comfort with WMS tools and handheld scanners; adaptability with final-mile dispatch.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet.

Responsibilities

• You'll run the floor: picking, packing, routing and dispatching—ensuring smooth shifts.
• You'll build the plan, adjust on the fly, and priorities shift mid-shift.
• You'll raise the bar by enforcing SOPs, partnering with site leadership and keeping the warehouse safe and organized.
• You'll be the go-to on the floor, solving issues or escalating to the Site Lead as needed.
• You'll train Ops Leads and hourly associates, mentor them, and run huddles to keep everyone aligned.
