Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years warehouse or 3PL operations experience.
• 2+ years in a senior management role.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multi-client environments.
• KPI-driven and process-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse departments and managers
• Ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and safety
• Develop and enforce SOPs across all functions
• Manage labor planning, scheduling, and productivity
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure WMS accuracy and inventory integrity
• Lead performance reviews and team development
• Act as primary point of contact for key clients
