Qualifications

• 5+ years warehouse experience.
• 3+ years supervisory or management experience.
• Strong communication and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, schedule, and assign warehouse jobs.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate staff for performance.
• Coordinate cross-department activities for efficiency.
• Oversee cost controls to protect gross profit.
• Maintain equipment reliability with a third-party vendor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
