Job summary

Crane is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Kentucky to lead hourly staff, optimize warehouse operations, and maintain safety and asset protection. You will oversee planning, scheduling, and job assignments while driving efficiency and cost control within a fast‑paced logistics environment.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in warehousing, and 3+ years of supervisory experience, with a focus on continuous improvement and staff development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 5+ years of experience with warehouse work.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the recruitment of hourly employees for the warehouse.
• Ensures planning, direction, scheduling, and assignment of jobs for warehouse staff.
• Manages department performance through coaching, mentoring and motivation of warehouse staff.
• Coordinates work activities of warehouse operations with other departments to ensure better efficiency and cohesion.
• Oversees cost control measures to strengthen gross profit and contribution.
• Maintains operational reliability of warehouse equipment, through a third-party vendor, and safeguards company assets.
• Other duties as assigned
