Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking a proven leader to provide leadership at one of our warehousing operations in Manteca, CA. The Operations Manager will lead teams to exceed goals, develop forward looking plans, and manage resources to hit the site financial operating plan, while sustaining an incident-free safety culture.

Salary: $85,600 - $115,600; bonus eligible based on performance. Excellent benefits and opportunities to collaborate with Penske sites to share best practices.

Qualifications

• 4 - 6 years related functional experience.
• 3+ years managerial or supervisory experience with supervising warehouse associates in distribution center management required.
• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficiency with computers including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint required.
