Job summary

New Castle Building Products (NCBP) in Northborough, MA is seeking a Warehouse/Operations Manager to lead warehouse and driver staff, manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations, and enforce policies and procedures.

You will supervise scheduling, safety, and maintenance, coordinate with branches, and support sales teams. The role requires strong logistics knowledge, leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead an operations team with warehouse and driver staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and DOT regulations.
• Establish and monitor safety and security procedures.
• Maintain technical skills and use of distribution software.
• Schedule and assign staff, monitor results, and coach employees.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with Fleet and Safety Coordinator.
• Attend company meetings and support branch management and sales teams.
• Contribute to team goals and take on additional duties as assigned.
