Harrell’s LLC is seeking a Warehouse Manager for a full-time, day-shift role in Charleston. The position oversees warehouse staff, dispatches orders, and ensures safe, efficient operations while aligning with company policy and customer service standards.

Benefits begin Day One, including health, dental and vision coverage. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in business, 2–3 years in warehouse management, and forklift certification, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Two to three years of warehouse management experience.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with company policies.
• Train, orient, coach, discipline and motivate employees.
• Oversee all warehouse staff activities: picking, packing, and staging orders; cleanliness of space; load trucks.
• Dispatching: assess orders for product and delivery mode and schedule deliveries.
• Coordinate needed support to operations areas for smooth workflow and cost-efficient product.
• Continuously improve customer satisfaction through on-time delivery and quality.
• Work with compliance to maintain safety and quality standards.
