Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of management experience in logistics, strong leadership, and proficient Excel/Office skills. Salary commensurate with experience; benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse staff.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and read P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carrier representatives.
• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports; ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Document and resolve customer service or associate issues daily.
• Hold weekly safety meetings with associate participation.
• Schedule shifts based on customer requirements.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates.
• Oversee data entry, daily closeout, and payroll records.
