Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Manager for the Warshauer Electric Supply team in Woodbury, NJ. You will lead a warehouse staff, ensure safe, accurate receiving, stocking, and order filling while maintaining productivity.

You will manage inventory, conduct annual physical counts, and coordinate with branches and customers to optimize deliveries and budgeting. Requires 3+ years leadership, forklift certification preferred, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years warehouse leadership experience.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse staff to maintain safety and productivity.
• Follow SOPs and EH&S rules; address safety concerns.
• Supervise inventory accuracy and efficient receiving and order filling.
• Oversee annual physical inventory and equipment operation.
• Coordinate with branches and customers to resolve issues.
