Job summary

Warshauer Electric Supply in Woodbury, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the warehouse team, ensure accurate order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping while upholding safety and productivity standards.

You will hire and train staff, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with environmental health and safety rules. The role involves collaboration with management to optimize operations and customer deliveries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Warehouse leadership experience.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• If required to make deliveries: Must have a valid driver''s license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual MVR review.
• Must obtain non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 60 days of hire.
• Must not have had a suspended driver''s license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years.
• Must not have any at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• High School or GED - Required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop warehouse staff to maximize accuracy and productivity.
• Ensure safe operations and compliance with SOPs and EHS rules.
• Oversee receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping to meet demand and company standards.
• Manage inventory and annual physical counts.
• Coordinate with other managers and customers to resolve issues and expedite deliveries.
• Monitor shipping costs and negotiate with carriers as needed.
• Support budget development and monitor expenditures.
• Other duties as assigned.
