Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking an experienced Truck Driver to join the Warshauer Electric Supply team in New Brunswick, NJ. The role involves delivering products to customers and branch locations in a delivery van or box truck, with no CDL required.

You will inspect the vehicle, maintain it, handle loads up to 26,000 GVW, and ensure all deliveries are correctly documented. The position includes training of junior drivers and potential additional duties at the branch as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and transportation laws.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to/from customers, branch/warehouse locations, and suppliers in a delivery van or box truck (No CDL required).
• Inspect vehicle and complete daily inspection reports.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report needed repairs.
• Ensure all material is correct, undamaged, and properly documented at delivery.
• Assist in preparing orders for delivery and pick up material returns from customers.
• Participate in training of entry level drivers and provide mentorship when needed.
• Travel to offsite locations as required.
