Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years’ experience in a distribution center or similar environment.
• Ability to comply with safety requirements in a distribution center.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound operations by instructing staff and monitoring progress.
• Design and maintain organization of inbound freight, receiving dock, and stocking activities.
• Ensure safety rules are followed and drive cost-saving process improvements.
• Schedule team hours for peak periods and assist in resolving receiving errors.
