Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience leading supervisors or multiple teams with measurable goals.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety, shipping/receiving, inventory control, and labor planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, staging, shipping, and related material movement activities.
• Coach and develop warehouse supervisors and team members, set clear expectations, and manage performance with fairness and consistency.
• Set daily priorities and staffing plans based on workload, schedules, inventory needs, and operating requirements.
• Champion warehouse safety by reinforcing policies, conducting floor observations, addressing hazards and unsafe behaviors, and ensuring equipment inspections and training.
• Monitor productivity, labor utilization, attendance, overtime, service levels, loading accuracy, product damage, and other KPIs; take corrective actions as needed.
• Protect inventory accuracy by maintaining controls, investigating discrepancies, and coordinating cycle counts.
