Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with inventory control.
• Superior leadership, management, motivation and teamwork skills.
• Strong written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of hazardous shipping laws and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, put-aways, picking, replenishments, packing, palletizing, and shipping.
• Directs Warehouse Workers and ensures safe, efficient operations.
• Designs warehouse layout to maximize space, productivity and safety.
• Develops SOPs and performance standards.
• Manages inventory quality and accuracy, including cycle counts.
• Coordinates physical inventory and optimizes stock location.
• Maintains custody and safeguarding of inventory and compliance with laws.
• Operates forklift and trains staff in safe use.
