Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage receiving and allocation of inventory across the warehouse for windows, doors, and building materials. You will work with Install Partners and vendors to keep supply flows aligned with project needs.

The role requires lifting 50+ pounds, inventory control, and collaboration with Production teams to ensure timely material availability and quality compliance. A HS diploma and interest in supply chain are favored.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma.
• 2-4 years of related work experience is a plus.
• Interest in Supply Chain Management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare daily project needs with Install Partners, Manufacturers, Vendors, and Production team.
• Unload and load stock: windows, doors, siding material, roofing material, etc.
• Create and sustain working relationships with vendors.
• Inventory and procurement of stock based on territory needs.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds often.
• Utilize pallet jacks to relocate stock as needed throughout Warehouse.
• Attend meetings with Project Services staff.
• Track and coordinate project margins and profitability through data entry and inventory management.
• Ensure materials meet company standards and handle defects to maintain quality.
