Save-A-Lot, Ltd. in Muncie, IN is seeking a 3rd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead hourly associates in receiving, storage, and shipping while ensuring adherence to safety and company procedures.

You will guide daily operations, conduct training, monitor performance, and maintain accurate attendance and productivity records. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct hourly associates in the proper receiving, storage, and shipping of products, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Observe and provide feedback on work methods, productivity, safety, and attitude.
• Conduct daily inventory counts and adjust as needed in dry grocery and perishable warehouses.
• Post and communicate production information and incentive levels; maintain documentation for attendance, productivity, and safety incidents.
• Maintain clean, organized, and secure office areas and ensure proper training for new associates.
