Job summary

UPS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Oregon to oversee safety, production, attendance, and overall team performance. This role Entwickelt and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, and communication.

Responsibilities include training, coordinating with employees and management, ensuring compliance with safety policies, and guiding continuous improvement across departments to achieve optimal output and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Able to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed at all times, complying with department, station, corporate and local government requirements.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and inter-departmental cooperation.
• Implements personal development plans for department personnel.
• Ensures training, orientation, materials, information, and regular evaluations are provided.
