Job summary

UPS is seeking a results-driven supervisor to lead safety, production, and attendance across warehouse operations. You will train teams, set high standards for accuracy, customer service, organization, and communication, and collaborate with all levels to drive continuous improvement.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, ability to lift 70 lbs, and flexibility to work up to five days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Able to work flexible shifts up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, and safety.
• Provides leadership and collaborates with all levels of personnel to drive improvement.
• Develops and maintains relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training for new and current employees.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and procedures and with government requirements.
