The ideal candidate will lift up to 70 lbs, adapt to flexible shifts, and communicate effectively with management and teams while leveraging Microsoft Office tools in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Flexible shift availability, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establishes a positive, team‑oriented work environment with proactive communication.
• Implements personal development plans for department personnel.
• Ensures orientation, training, materials and evaluations are provided for staff.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies at all times.
