Job summary

BakeMark in Ohio is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate staff and workflows, and enforce safety and quality standards to ensure timely, accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of goods. You will supervise warehouse team, monitor productivity, uphold company policies, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum supervision experience preferred.
• CDL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor productivity reports and compare results against objectives; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
• Treat all customers with professionalism and courtesy.
• Uphold and comply with policies, standards, and values.
• Take accountability for actions and team impact on customers and performance.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, slotting, sanitation, equipment use, and truck loading.
• Verify outbound shipments for accuracy.
• Prepare and process route invoices.
• Establish and manage nightly loading schedules.
• Review pick sheets for errors and corrections.
• Secure the facility after daily hours.
• Enter and maintain records in company systems.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
