Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Corporate Operations to establish, implement, and achieve operational goals, KPIs, safety standards, and profitability.
• Supervise maintenance activities of all machinery and equipment.
• Plan work assignments and equipment allocations to meet transportation, operations, or production goals.
• Maintain inventory levels and monitor KPI metrics for cost and service optimization.
• Ensure smooth execution of receiving, dispatching, stocking, and requisitions processes.
• Coordinate communication with customer service, purchasing, and quality control departments.
• Assist in safety programs, trainings, and safety meetings; evaluate forklift operators.
• Assist in recruitment and training of associates; identify opportunities for improvements.
• Recruit hourly employees and manage timecards in collaboration with HR.
