Qualifications

• 5 years of direct supervisory or management experience.
• Forklift certification or ability to pass forklift certification test.
• Ability to wear PPE per OSHA standards and read manuals and procedures.
• Proficient with computers for company processes and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Assigns employees to tasks to meet shipping schedules with minimal overtime.
• Manages gathering, stenciling, and loading of orders for shipment.
• Maintain hazardous materials certification and employee certifications up to date.
• Monitor on-time shipment schedules and compliance with the Warehouse Manual.
• Coach, motivate, and discipline staff; ensure safe working environment.
