Job summary

Niagara is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Baltimore to oversee warehouse operations and supervise staff, ensuring accurate receiving, storage and shipping in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate with production, sales and purchasing, train new employees, manage staffing, maintain safety standards, and ensure cycle counts align with books. Strong leadership and WMS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 4+ years in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Experience managing people and projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversees warehouse operations and supervises workers.
• Ensures receiving, storage, and shipping accuracy.
• Trains new warehouse staff and evaluates training needs.
• Coordinates staffing to cover attendance shortages.
• Maintains safety and housekeeping in the warehouse.
• Leads cycle counts and aligns inventories with records.
