Responsibilities

• Coordinates the planning and assignment of work to maximize personnel and equipment efficiency.
• Maintains inventory and helps set inventory levels based on usage and demand.
• Receives shipments and enters information into the tracking system for disbursement.
• Inspects deliveries for accuracy and quality; rejects undesired items.
• Supervises warehouse and inventory to ensure security and upkeep.
• Assists in ordering from site vendors and communicates needs to management.
• Suggests improvements to warehouse practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provides training for warehouse employees and assists with hiring.
• Unloads shipments and handles containers and packaging appropriately.
