Job summary

ODRA Road Sweepers, an engineering-focused manufacturer, seeks a Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations at the Grand Forks site. This hands-on leadership role manages shipping, receiving, inventory, and team performance to ensure smooth material flow through production.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in warehouse/logistics, supervisory experience, and familiarity with MRP/ERP systems, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

3+ years of warehouse and logistics experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Full Driver License; ability to drive Full Size Pick up and Trailer.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing direction, training, and support.
Oversee shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory activities.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.
Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and components.
Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.
Monitor and report on warehouse KPIs and team performance.
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations for warehouse staff.
