Job summary

Amteck in Louisville, Kentucky is seeking a dependable Warehouse Manager to coordinate warehouse operations, inventory, equipment readiness, and material deliveries for electrical construction projects. This local role emphasizes safe, efficient project readiness and close collaboration with project and field teams.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, securing loads, driving delivery vehicles, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment, including forklifts.
• Knowledge of properly strapping and securing loads on delivery vehicles.
• Experience driving stake-bed, flatbed, or bucket trucks.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and/or manual methods.
• Secure materials and equipment using tie-downs, chains, plastic wrap, and other approved methods.
• Drive and operate trucks for scheduled deliveries, including trailers and tow vehicles.
• Organize, track, and control inventory at the warehouse and job sites.
• Perform general warehouse duties when deliveries are not scheduled.
