Job summary

Hexagon Agility is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse and production operations, supervise a team of about 14 employees, and ensure safe, accurate, and on-time material flow to production. The role emphasizes collaboration across departments to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.

Responsibilities include overseeing shipping/receiving, inventory control, and continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to DOT and OSHA requirements and effective cost

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• Five or more years of experience in warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory control, material handling, or manufacturing operations.
• Previous supervisory or management experience required.
• Experience leading both warehouse and production employees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily shipping, receiving, warehouse, material handling, and assigned production activities.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy, on-time delivery, and cost-effective transportation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable shipping, DOT, hazardous material, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain required shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and other shipment records.
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, Purchasing, Production, and other internal teams to resolve shipment and material issues.
• Maintain efficient warehouse, stockroom, and production staging areas.
• Ensure materials are accurately received, stored, picked, issued, and delivered to production as needed.
• Support production scheduling and workflow to meet customer requirements for quality and delivery.
