Job summary

IES Residential is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations, inventory control, and team management at our Grapevine, TX site. The role requires strong organizational skills, safety focus, and the ability to coordinate with office staff, vendors, and delivery teams to meet schedules and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of related experience and proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office. On-site work is required with potential overtime during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse, inventory management, or operations teams.
• Experience in construction, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or service industries preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with ERP software, computers, and MS Office.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling.
• Coordinate with offices, vendors, field personnel, and delivery teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and warehouse performance for efficiency.
• Ensure accurate receiving, stocking, tracking, and distribution of materials.
• Develop and maintain inventory control procedures and standards.
• Provide leadership, training, and support to warehouse staff.
• Review and maintain inventory records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting for warehouse operations.
