Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Warehouse Administrator in Maryland to supervise all materials entering and leaving the facility, coordinate ETAs, and oversee loading/unloading procedures. The role includes local travel for parts, planning layouts, and maintaining inventory accuracy while ensuring safety compliance.

You will work closely with Project Managers and Installers, leverage Excel and inventory software, and operate in a climate with varying temperatures.

Qualifications

• Experience managing, supervising, or organizing a warehouse.
• Experience with Excel and inventory management software.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all material entering and leaving the warehouse.
• Coordinate ETAs and identify any potential delays.
• Oversee loading and unloading procedures.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks as needed.
• Make material runs for jobsite shortages; local travel for parts and supplies.
• Plan warehouse layout and maintain optimal organization.
• Manage weekly and monthly inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Maintain documentation for regulated and hazardous materials.
• Provide support on projects as needed.
• Assist with building upkeep (snow removal, minor repairs, cleaning, etc.)
