Job summary

Levy Sector, part of Compass Group, is seeking a Lead Warehouse Supervisor to manage and coordinate the warehouse department at the University of Oklahoma. You will open the warehouse, assign daily tasks, and relay inventory information to purchasing, prioritizing efficiency and organizational needs.

The role emphasizes business and operational efficiency, with responsibilities spanning inventory control, safety practices, and readiness for events.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and move for long periods.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hiring.
• Able to work event days including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse team and assign daily tasks.
• Oversee inventory and coordinate with purchasing.
• Ensure proper handling of equipment and maintenance requests.
• Maintain stock levels and rotate/dating per Levy guidelines.
• Conduct monthly safety audits and log temperature records.
