Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Service Center Inbound/Outbound Warehouse Manager to oversee zone operations, staff and all customer service functions. You will lead workforce management, train teams on business systems, and ensure accurate receiving, packing, shipping and inventory processes.

You will manage safety, security and daily cycle counts, drive continuous improvements, and prepare reports on shipping, inventory and equipment maintenance. This role is on-site in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory, logistics and material handling experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks in a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading/unloading, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Manage workforce: hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluation.
• Ensure safety, security, and inventory accuracy.
• Generate reports on shipping, inventory and maintenance.
