Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee Distribution Center operations and ensure accurate receiving, storage and outbound processing. You will lead stockers, pickers, drivers and receivers, training and routing tasks to meet daily goals.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school or 3–6 months of related experience.
• Able to lead people and deliver results through others.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Familiar with basic computer use and office programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise aspects of Distribution Center/Warehouse operations.
• Train, schedule and discipline stocking, picking, shipping and receiving staff.
• Ensure orders are received, inventoried, stocked and rotated accurately.
• Maintain FIFO inventory rotation and accurate stock counts.
• Open/close facility as directed and set dock appointments.
• Perform weekly/daily audits and assist with performance reviews.
