Job summary

Langham Logistics Inc. seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee Warehouse Associates and coordinate with the Warehouse Manager for quality and timeliness of shipments, including White Glove items.

You will plan daily labor, match skills to tasks, and drive productivity while ensuring safety and GMP standards are followed on the floor. Proficiency with ERP/TMS systems and forklift operation is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year experience in a comparable warehouse associate position.
• Minimum 6 months experience with GMP warehousing and distribution.
• Ability to train on 21 CFR Parts 210 and 211 related requirements for GMP operations.
• Forklift certification/training is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations and coordinate with Warehouse Manager.
• Ensure accurate inspection, recording and shipment according to SOPs.
• Plan labor to meet daily schedules and assign associates by skill.
• Maintain safety and security guidelines, including handling of temperature-controlled and hazardous materials.
• Respond to customer complaints and report quality issues to Quality.
