PS Seasoning is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Richfield, WI. This role leads a warehouse team within a growing operation, reports to the Plant Manager, and drives efficiency, accuracy and safety across picking, packing, shipping and receiving activities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of warehouse management experience, a related degree, and ERP/WMS proficiency. Cross-functional collaboration and strong organizational skills are essential to meet production deadlines and quality standards in

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years warehouse management experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or related preferred.
• Experience in food and beverage industry preferred.
• Experience with lot number controls and tracking is necessary.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize projects, adapt to changing deadlines & lead the team to meet deadlines.
• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment.
• ERP and/or WMS experience required.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook; experience with handheld scanning devices.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Physical requirements include lifting to 60 lbs., bending, standing, and climbing.

• Directs development and implementation of warehouse activities to meet productivity goals, quality, and cost objectives.
• Plan facility layouts or designs.
• Set warehouse and team goals with management.
• Establish KPIs for warehouse functions.
• Prioritize warehouse based on deadlines and resources.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations.
• Oversee daily picking, packing, shipping, receiving activities.
• Manage workloads and projects for employees.
• Prepare and verify paperwork for orders.
• Oversee training and development of employees.
• Establish or implement policies, goals, and procedures.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Develop and implement training to improve efficiency and controls.
• Maintain safe work environment and participate in safety programs.
• Assist in performance reviews and team development.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, employee safety and quality policies.
