Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Bedford Park facility. You will lead the warehouse team, ensure adherence to service, quality, safety and productivity standards, and coordinate with Operations leadership.

You will manage shipments, inventory, scheduling, reporting and cross-functional communication to satisfy customer requirements and drive efficiency. This role requires hands-on leadership and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in cold and hot storage environments.
• Must lift a minimum of 40 lbs; weight may vary by facility.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends if needed.
• Can handle variable noise levels in warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and provide performance feedback to direct reports to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, organize merchandise and maintain inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources to complete jobs on time.
• Track and send reports to designated plant personnel.
• Monitor warehouse activities including sales, records, and purchasing to ensure product availability.
