Qualifications

4–6 years in warehouse/logistics with 2+ years in supervision.
Experience in manufacturing/distribution or high-tech assembly.
Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of WMS and ERP/MRP inventory modules.
Experience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.
Ability to lead, train, and motivate staff in fast-paced environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
Lead and train a team of material handlers and clerks.
Enforce safety protocols and incident response.
Manage cycle count program and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate material flow to production lines and ensure ERP/MRP accuracy.
Ensure all movements are recorded in WMS/ERP systems.
Conduct regular audits of inventory locations and labeling.
Monitor inbound/outbound logistics and document accuracy.
