Job summary

Niagara Bottling in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (Days) to oversee warehouse operations and lead a team of associates. You will enforce procedures, coordinate forklift and maintenance, and ensure inventory accuracy and safe, efficient workflow.

The role partners with production and other functions, trains staff, plans staffing, and manages month-end cycle counts. A High School diploma is required; associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 4 years of experience in the position.
• 4 years of experience managing people/projects.
• High School Diploma is required; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees warehouse operations and supervises workers.
• Enforces procedures for shipments verification and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinates repairs for equipment and oversees maintenance.
• Trains new warehouse staff and evaluates training needs.
• Plans staffing to cover attendance shortages and end-of-month counts.
