Job summary

Nordic Naturals in San Jose, CA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to own daily execution of warehouse operations, drive productivity, accuracy, safety, and on-time fulfillment. You will lead daily start‑up meetings, assess staffing based on workload, and communicate risks across departments.

Responsibilities focus on data‑driven performance improvements, coaching, and maintaining KPI dashboards to ensure continuous improvement and cross‑functional coverage across warehouse functions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a fast-paced pick and pack environment.
• 3–5 years of supervising experience.
• Strong leadership and data-driven decision making.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and data reporting.
• Knowledge of SAP and shipping/WMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned warehouse functions and ensure on-time completion.
• Lead daily start-up meetings and manage staffing based on workload.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and performance tracking.
• Coach employees and manage disciplinary actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall warehouse performance.
• Maintain SOPs and support process improvements.
